peace of mind

i wrote this a few months ago and just found it again today, but damn is it still true.

there will always be someone/ something that really gets you down and makes you feel truly awful about yourself. there will always be people in this world who will go out of their way to try make your life more miserable than theirs. there will always be some kind of inner turmoil or self esteem issue in the back of your mind.
but what i've come to realise is that no matter who/ what tries to bring you down, make fun of you, judge you, hurt you; there will always be someone who loves you for who you are. whether you've met them or not, they exist. and i think having this kind of mindset is something a lot of young people are missing.
the most important thing to realise is that you're better than all the bullshit. who cares what other people think, who cares if one person goes out of their way to judge you? the only thing stopping you is you.

with a new album coming out july 17th i thought i'd celebrate his perfection with a blog post dedicated to it.

on our first full day in cali we went to warner bros studios and paramount studios. it was pretty cool seeing where a lot of my favourite shows were filmed; pretty little liars, friends, american horror story, etc. there was a lot of harry potter stuff at warner bros as well! and no biggie but we saw ellen degeneres!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

decided to do a recap of my trip to america in parts! i guess this is mostly venice beach where we stayed the full four days in calfornia. everything about it was quirky. the people, the scenery and the weather was perfectly warm.
